U kunt onze algemene voorwaarden downloaden. De algemene voorwaarden zijn integraal overgenomen van NLdigital, de branchevereniging voor de IT-bedrijven in Nederland.

Aanvullende voorwaarden
Aanvullend op bovenstaande algemene voorwaarden gelden voor de Power BI Connectors, Dashboards en Templates tevens deze bepalingen:
- De kosten voor een account gaan in op het moment van activeren (na ondertekening van de offerte) en zullen naar rato maandelijks worden verrekend.
- Er geldt geen opzegtermijn. Bij opzegging loopt het abonnement af aan het eind van de maand. Dit houdt in dat de betaling die aan het begin van de maand voldaan is, bij een opzegging in deze maand, niet wordt verrekend. Het opzeggen van je account heeft tot gevolg dat je vanaf het eind van de maand geen toegang meer hebt tot de dienst.
- Er wordt een fair use policy (FUP) gehanteerd, bij buitenproportioneel datagebruik kan een meerprijs van toepassing zijn. In een voorkomend geval zal altijd eerst overleg zijn om het datagebruik te normaliseren.
- Er wordt op https://www.powerbiconnector.nl/support support gegeven op de activatie en het gebruik van de connectors. Aanvullende supportvragen, onder andere over de werking of inrichting van Power BI, vallen niet onder de supportverlening en worden als consultancy gefactureerd.
- Er kan ondersteuning verleend worden bij het in gebruik nemen en inrichten van de Power BI Dashboards en Templates. Deze werkzaamheden worden als consultancy gefactureerd.
- De Power BI Templates die via de webshop worden besteld, worden na afronding van de bestelling direct als download beschikbaar gesteld. Restitutie, om welke reden dan ook, is daarom niet mogelijk.
- Om een Power BI Template te kunnen gebruiken is een abonnement op de bijbehorende Power BI Connector nodig.
- De Power BI Trainingen vinden doorgang onder het voorbehoud van voldoende aanmeldingen. Bij onvoldoende aanmeldingen wordt in overleg een andere datum gepland.
- De aanvullende voorwaarden zijn leidend in het geval er sprake is van tegenstrijdigheid.

Additional terms
In addition to the above general terms and conditions, these provisions also apply to the Power BI Connectors:
- The costs for an account start at the moment of activation (after signing the quotation) and will be calculated monthly pro rata.
- There is no cancellation period. If you cancel, the subscription will expire at the end of the month. This means that the payment made at the beginning of the month, if you cancel this month, will not be refunded. Canceling your account means that you will no longer have access to the service from the end of the month.
- A fair use policy (FUP) is applied, an extra price may apply for disproportionate data use. In an appropriate case, there will always be consultation first to normalize data use.
- Support is provided on https://www.powerbiconnector.nl/support on activation and use of the connectors. Additional support questions about the features or implementation of Power BI itself are not covered by the support and are invoiced as consultancy.
- Support can be provided when using the Power BI Dashboards and Templates. These activities are invoiced as consultancy.
- The Power BI Templates that are ordered via the webshop are made available for download immediately after ordering. Refunds, for any reason, are not possible.
- To use a Power BI Template, a subscription to the corresponding Power BI Connector is required.
- The Power BI Trainings will continue with sufficient registrations. In case of insufficient registrations, an other date will be planned in consultation.
- The additional conditions are leading in the event of a conflict.
